Our apps are meant to be easy to use. Sorry you’re having trouble.

These are fixes to some common problems:

I get a blank screen or Nothing happens.
Depending on your device, the app may take a few seconds to load. If you wait more than 60 seconds, try reloading the app.
I don’t hear anything
Make sure the sound is turned up. Many of the exercises start quietly and increase in volume, so it may take a few seconds for the sound to be audible.
I want to get rid of, or bring back, the help tips
Tap the Tip icon in the upper right corner.
